About Go 100% Renewable Workshop

Go 100% renewable energy campaign aims to create green campuses that adopt renewable energy technologies such as solar power roofs, wind mills for street lighting or cycling on campus for zero emissions. Therefore, Green Sun Cities in partnership with Strathmore Energy Research Centre,
is hosting a workshop dubbed ‘GO 100% RENEWABLE’ that will create awareness on co-benefits of renewable energy.
We aim to Promote ‘Green Campuses’ in Nairobi by engaging universities to pledge towards going 100% renewable. During the workshop we anticipate to host key leaders from aforementioned universities, partner organizations and renewable energy stakeholders.
